Washington, DC – Faith & Freedom Coalition Executive Director Tim Head issued the following statement in support of President Trump’s directive to disqualify transgender persons from serving in the U.S. military.

 

“President Trump, Secretary Mattis and Homeland Security Secretary Nielsen have rightfully determined that military readiness takes precedent over special privileges for individuals who suffer from gender dysphoria. The Faith & Freedom Coalition applauds President Trump for ensuring that the U.S. military will not be used as a far left social experiment, but rather allow military professionals to determine whether or not a person who may require substantial medical treatment poses a risk to military effectiveness.”
