Faith & Freedom Coalition Urges U.S. Senate To Pass Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act

Vote Will Appear On Congressional Scorecard & Distributed To Millions of Faith Based Voters Across The Nation In 2018 Midterm Elections

Washington, DC – Tim Head, executive director of the Faith & Freedom Coalition, a national pro-family organization with over 1.7 million members and supporters, issued the following letter to United States Senators today urging them to advance the “Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act”.

“The United States is currently one of just seven countries – including serial human rights abusers China and North Korea – that permits elective abortion after 20 weeks,” Head stated. “It is time to end this obvious and tragic moral wrong, and a vote for this bill is a vote to curtail the elective and abhorrent practice of taking the life of an unborn child after the 20th week of pregnancy when medical science shows the child can feel excruciating pain.”

Faith & Freedom will score the vote on S. 2311 and the vote of each Senator will appear in tens of millions of Congressional Scorecards and voter guides distributed in over 100,000 churches.
