FAITH IN ACTION

Rep. Jim Jordan To Headline Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition Fall Dinner & Rally

Des Moines, Iowa – In one of the most-watched events on the political calendar in the Hawkeye State, Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Edward Whelan, President of the Ethics & Public Policy Center, will headline the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition’s “Fall Dinner & Rally” on Saturday, September 22nd in Des Moines, Iowa at the Knapp Learning Center on the Iowa State Fairgrounds.

“We are thrilled to announce that Congressman Jim Jordan will keynote our annual “Fall Dinner & Rally”. He is one of the most principled conservatives serving in Congress. Jordan is a relentless bulldog fighting for American taxpayers and constitutional principles. In addition, we are excited that Ed Whelan has confirmed to speak. Ed’s areas of expertise include constitutional law and the judicial confirmation process. With the confirmation vote on Judge Kavanaugh on the horizon, Ed’s insight and knowledge will be the perfect timing.” said Steve Scheffler, President of Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition.

The annual “Fall Dinner & Rally” attracts both national political attention, and a statewide audience of Iowa’s most politically active citizens to raise funds for the Iowa Faith & Freedom voter education efforts across the state. As occurred in the 2016 election cycle, Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition will serve a vital role in informing and mobilizing faith-based voters to go to the polls in large numbers in 2018.
