WASHINGTON – Today, Faith & Freedom announced that Pastor John Hagee will be awarded the Winston Churchill Lifetime Achievement Award at its 2024 Road to Majority Policy Conference at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, June 22.
Known as the largest public policy gathering of conservative Christian activists in the U.S., this year’s conference will underscore what matters most to voters of faith as Election Day 2024 approaches.
Pastor John Hagee is the founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, a non-denominational evangelical church with more than 22,000 active members, and is also the founder of several other ministries.
He founded Hagee Ministries, which telecasts his teachings throughout America and the world. Over the years, Hagee Ministries has given more than $100 million toward humanitarian causes in Israel.
Pastor Hagee has been a longtime supporter of Israel. He is the founder and National Chairman of Christians United for Israel (CUFI), a grass-roots organization that has grown to become the largest Christian pro-Israel group in the United States, with over 10 million members that speak as one voice on behalf of Israel. Pastor Hagee was recognized by the state of Israel on its 70th Anniversary as one of the 70 greatest contributors to Israel since statehood. He was also invited by U.S. Ambassador David Friedman to give the benediction at the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem.
As a staunch supporter of life, Pastor Hagee is the founder of the Sanctuary of Hope, a multi-million-dollar facility that gives young, pregnant mothers a home to live in and raise their children rather than aborting them. This home gives the opportunity of life to children who would have otherwise been killed in abortion clinics.
Pastor Hagee is also the founder of Cornerstone Christian Schools, which provides a Bible-based education to 2,400 students. Pastor Hagee is also the author of 45 major books, seven of which were on the New York Times Best Sellers List.
