Faith & Freedom Coalition Applauds President Trump’s Decisive Action on Iran

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Faith & Freedom Coalition applauds President Trump’s decisive action to avoid future American casualties by confronting the aggressive behavior of Iran’s terrorist network throughout the Middle East and the world. Executive Director Timothy Head released the following statement in response to the assassination of General Soleimani last week and the threats of retaliation by terrorist group Hezbollah:

“On Sunday, Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Lebanon’s Iran-allied Hezbollah movement, said that U.S. military assets should be targeted and attacked for the killing of commander Soleimani. Due to the direct threat to U.S. military, we must continue to protect and defend our troops in the Middle East. Iran gives $700 million per year to Hezbollah and over one billion total to totalitarian, terrorist regimes. It is our moral obligation to stand with freedom-loving people around the world to take action against terrorist groups that persecute and murder innocent families.”
