9/11 Citizenship Sunday in Minnesota

On September 11, 2011, the commemoration of the 10 years since the 9/11 terrorist attacks against America, Grace Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota held their annual Fall Family Fun Festival. Over 100 Emergency Responders participated, with over 66 Fire Trucks. Attendance was expected at nearly 10,000. MN Faith and Freedom Coalition was there to register voters in preparation for the 2012 elections — even a couple of volunteers, recently relocated to MN from Jennifer and Brandon Simon, pictured here with MN FFC President, Carol Schulstad, and daughter Morgan, also registered to vote that day! MN FFC also promoted an upcoming event Oct 7th at the Midwest Leadership Conference. Dr. Ralph Reed will deliver remarks, MN Senator Warren Limmer, chief author of the Marriage Amendment will speak. MN FFC will also honor their elected Congressional members who supported the issues with which our members are most concerned. This recognition for their 100% voting record for the 2010/2011 session, is the prestigious ‘Friend of the Family’ award: Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, Congressman Erik Paulsen, Chip Kravaack, and John Kline.
