Statement issued by Mary Thomas, CEO of Faith & Freedom Coalition.
(Washington, DC) On this Global Day of Awareness Against Human Trafficking, we praise the Trump Administration for locating 13,000 unaccompanied migrant minors, restoring border security, dismantling dark web child abuse sites with over 120,000 members and millions of files, and saving tens of thousands of lives.
This year, Faith & Freedom Coalition is proud to partner with Rosi Orozco’s International Summit Against Human Trafficking to advocate for over 60 Mexican families whose relatives were trafficked into the U.S..
On behalf of faithful Americans, we thank President Trump, Secretary Noem, Border Czar Homan, and all our heroic Border Patrol and Immigration Enforcement officers for fighting to end this evil practice.
We urge our members to continually pray for the victims of human trafficking. We will continue working to share their stories, educate the public, and advocate for policies that safeguard American families.
