Ralph Reed
Founder & Chairman

Ralph Reed is founder and chairman of the Faith & Freedom Coalition. He was senior advisor to the Bush-Cheney campaigns in both 2000 and 2004, and chairman of the Southeast Region for BC04. As chairman of the Georgia Republican Party he led the GOP to its biggest victory in history, helping to elect the first Republican Governor and third U.S. Senator since Reconstruction. Reed is chairman and CEO of Century Strategies, LLC, a public relations and public affairs firm. As executive director of the Christian Coalition from 1989-1997, he built one of the most effective public policy organizations in recent political history. He is the best-selling author and editor of five books, including his latest novel, The Confirmation. He is married to his wife Jo Anne and is the father of their four children.

Gary Marx
Executive Director

Gary Marx has served as the Executive Director of the Faith & Freedom Coalition since June 2011. Prior to joining FFC he was Vice President at Century Strategies heading up their Washington D.C. office and served as the Executive Director for the Judicial Crisis Network which worked to confirm judges to the nation’s courts who follow judicial restraint and written words of the Constitution. He was also previously posted at the Bush-Cheney 04 national campaign headquarters where he spearheaded outreach to social conservatives. His coalitions program helped increase the President’s share of the “values voters” to 21.3 million or 36 percent of the total Bush vote. Early in his career Gary served as Executive Director of the Virginia Christian Coalition and holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from Regent University. He is married to Aimee and is the father of three children.

Joy Creasman
Director of Marketing & Events

Joy Creasman has worked with the Faith & Freedom Coalition for more than a year and now serves as the Director of Marketing & Events. Her work includes managing and coordinating our Annual Faith & Freedom Conference and Strategy Briefing in Washington D.C. to be held in the summer of 2012. Joy graduated from Liberty University with honors in 2008 with a B.A. in Marketing. An accomplished singer, she has performed as a soloist numerous times on television. She has recorded 4 gospel cd’s, and has toured extensively with her family presenting her music ministry.

Orit Sklar
Development Director

Orit Sklar is the Director of Finance and Communications at the Faith & Freedom Coalition. She graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she received her Bachelor of Science de­gree. She is a political columnist and is known nationwide for her advancement of First Amendment rights and academic Freedom on American university campuses. She is the co-recipient of the 2009 Ronald Reagan Award from the American Conservative Union.

Rosy Harvey
Director of Member Services

Rosy Harvey is the Director of Member Services for the Faith & Freedom Coalition where she manages and interacts with the 500,000+ members of the organization. She has previously worked at Georgia Family Council and is very involved with the Atlanta Young Republicans. Rosy graduated from Davidson College in 2011 with a B.A. in Political Science with a focus in American politics and American history. Her capstone papers included an analysis of the Tea Party Movement as well as a study of the policies surrounding abortions.

Jeff Ballabon
Chairman, Jewish Task Force

Jeff Ballabon is a media and telecommunications executive and the Chairman of Jewish Outreach of the Faith & Freedom Coalition. A veteran of Bush-Cheney 2000 and 2004 and referred to in the press as “the architect” of their national outreach in the Orthodox community, the Jewish Daily Forward named Jeff one of the “50 Most Influential Jews in America” for his political impact. A longtime activist in judicial nominations, he worked closely with the Bush White House on many confirmation battles, including those of Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito. In 2007, Jeff founded the Coordinating Council on Jerusalem, an international Coalition of Jewish organizations coordinating with members of the Knesset and pro-Israel Christian groups to successfully oppose the proposed division of Jerusalem. He is a graduate of Yale Law School, Yeshiva University and Ner Israel Rabbinical College. He and his wife Rochelle have five children.

Regina Brown
National Prayer Coordinator

Regina Brown is a skilled communicator who believes transformation is made possible through knowledge of the truth. That knowledge provides the power to set people free to fulfill their God-given purpose. She is an advocate for family, Faith and patriot values in a world that often minimizes their necessity to the American way of life. Regina serves as a Truth Project Facilitator, Citizen Action Seminar Host, and small business partner. She is a recipient of the Florida Family Defender of Marriage award for her work on Florida’s Amendment 2. She and her husband, Rex, are active in their church and community and reside in Largo, Fl. Robert Potts
Deputy National Field Director

Robert Potts is the Faith & Freedom Coalition Deputy National Field Director. His introductions to politics came in high school volunteering for the Bush/Cheney re-election campaign. In college, he chaired his university’s College Republicans chapter while volunteering working for several national and statewide campaigns. Robert came to the Faith & Freedom Coalition after graduating from Kennesaw State University in 2011, and working for a public relations firm in Atlanta.

Natalie Barnes
Director of Operations and Accounting

Natalie joined Faith & Freedom Coalition in September 2011 as Director of Operations and Accounting. She has enjoyed learning about and supporting the mission of FFC. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting. For almost 10 years, Natalie worked for Georgia-Pacific before staying home to raise her three children. Since her youngest started school, she has been working part time for various small companies. She teaches religious education in her church and participates in a small faith community. Spending time with her family and reading good books are her favorite activities.
